What is Majordomo?
Majordomo is a program which automates the management of Internet mailing lists.

Majordomo won't work after I added the addresses. What gives? - To
The Majordomo lists won't work until someone subscribes through email. If the list is composed solely of members signed up through the webgui, Majordomo doesn't capture those addresses as list members until it rehashes after a subscription to the list via email to Majordomo.

How do I change the Majordomo Configuration beond the settings in the webgui? - Top
Each domain has its own configuration file. Its located in the etc directory and called majordomo.cf.
Heres the full path:
/home/virtual/userid/etc/majordomo.cf

Each list also has a config file, located in the domains /var/lib/majordomo/lists the file will be
the-list-name.config.
This file can be updated by sending the following command in the BODY of an email to majordomo@yourdomain.com config [listname] [password]
Majordomo will mail you the configuration file. After making your modifications, mail it back with the following as the first line of the body:newconfig [listname] [password]
This creates a new configuration file. It reads everything after the "newconfig" line command to to the end of the email (orto "EOF" on a line by itself) as the new configuration for the list.

To change an item in the configuration, you must return the COMPLETE configuration file, changed to reflect the changes you wish to make to your list, NOT just the parts that you are changing.
